Magnetic field measurements have been performed for the first full-scale magnet system assembled with the cryostat for the J-PARC proton beam line of neutrino experiment. In the measurement system, the probe position with respect to magnet central axis is measured by a Helium Neon laser and a position sensitive detector, PSD, in order to obtain an exact dipole field strength. Errors associated with the PSD misalignment and influences on the PSD signals by the magnetic field were evaluated. The measured dipole components approached to the design values by compensating those with the probe position. The latest beam simulation indicated that the measured values of magnetic field were good enough for the primary proton beam transport.  相似文献

Under the present situation of diversification of users' needs, rapid technological innovation and internationalization, most Japanese manufacturers are required, as a management strategy, to develop an effective production system with small lot size and short production lead time. In order to meet these requirements, CIMS(computer-integrated manufacturing system) has been developed and introduced for practical use as a new computer-based production system. CIMS is characterized as an integrated system of software and hardware for production management with the purpose of meeting market requirements and counteracting fluctuations in users' demand by maintaining effective production planning and control. The style of CIMS varies with conditions of production and goals of system design. The purpose of this study is to investigate its effectiveness and examine future problems of system integration of CIMS in terms of production management in Japanese manufacturing companies.  相似文献

Deuterated polyfluoromethacrylate which has high transparency, low birefringence and good processability was newly synthesized for use as optical waveguide materials, and both single-mode and multimode optical waveguides were fabricated using the polymer. The propagation loss and waveguide birefringence of the single-mode waveguides were as low as 0.10 dB/cm and -5.5×10-6 at 1.31 μm, respectively. The propagation losses of the multimode waveguides were less than 0.02 dB/cm at both 0.68 and 0.83 μm, and 0.07 dB/cm at 1.31 μm  相似文献

This paper proposes two kinds of statistical games constructed to show how to achieve quality assurance system based on SPC(statistical process control) by using simple models and software tools. Proposed games are Coin Shooting Game and Paper Glider Releasing Game. These games can be played on a table using simple materials, and are easy to play. These are described by showing actual data.

Participants of these games get necessary outputs timely by using prepared software tools so that they can execute an effective and efficient decision. These save time and also raise the level of understanding how to achieve quality assurance system based on SPC.  相似文献

The clinical utility of doxorubicin, an antineoplastic agent, is limited by its cardiotoxicity. Our objective was to determine whether expression of genes encoding proteins that affect Ca2+ homeostasis were altered in the hearts of rabbits chronically treated with doxorubicin. Twelve male New Zealand white rabbits received an injection of doxorubicin (2.5 mg/kg i.v.) once a week for 8 weeks. Eight rabbits were similarly injected with saline as controls. The cardiac function of both groups was evaluated 8 weeks after the final injection, as were the levels of expression of mRNA for Ca2+ transport proteins in the sarcoplasmic reticulum and plasma membrane. The amount of the sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca2+-ATPase and the Ca2+ uptake capacity of the protein were also quantitated. Cardiac output was significantly decreased in the doxorubicin-treated group (71+/-21 ml/min, P<0.05) compared with the control group (118+/-15 ml/min). The mRNA levels for the sarcoplasmic reticulum proteins were significantly diminished in the doxorubicin-treated hearts: ryanodine receptor-2 (relative expression level compared with controls, 0.35+/-0.13, P<0.01), sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca2+-ATPase (0.56+/-0.13, P<0.01), phospholamban (0.62+/-0.20, P<0.01) and cardiac calsequestrin (0. 57+/-0.26, P<0.01). In addition, both relative amount of sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca2+-ATPase protein (doxorubicin-treated group, 69+/-17% of control, P<0.01) and the Ca2+ uptake capacity (46. 9+/-9.8 nmol Ca2+/mg protein-5 min in doxorubicin group v 63.2+/-10. 4 in the control group, P<0.01) were concomitantly decreased with its mRNA expression level. Conversely, the mRNA levels for the plasma membrane proteins did not differ from those of control rabbits: the dihydropyridine receptor (relative expression level, 1. 03+/-0.30, N.S.), plasma membrane Ca2+-ATPase (0.93+/-0.33, N.S.) and the Na+/Ca2+ exchanger (0.87+/-0.34, N.S.). These findings suggest that a selective decrease in mRNA expression for sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca2+ transport proteins is responsible for the impaired Ca2+ handling, and thus, for the reduced cardiac function seen in the cardiomyopathy induced in rabbits by the long-term treatment with doxorubicin.  相似文献

The rust particles of Zn-Al-Mg alloys were synthesized from aqueous solutions dissolving ZnCl2, AlCl3, and MgCl2 at different atomic ratios of the metal ions. The crystal phase and particle morphology of the products depended on the composition of the starting solutions. The compactness of the layers of the products was estimated by measuring their air permeability. The layer of mixed metal hydroxide chloride formed at Zn:Al:Mg = 1:1:1 showed a highest compactness, that was ascribed to the preferred orientation of the fine plate particles. The addition of Mg(II) made plate particles smaller to give more compact layers.  相似文献

Control equipment of synchronous generators such as automatic voltage regulators, speed governors and power system stabilizers have been developed to maintain stability and to improve damping of power systems. When an operating condition changes greatly, however, such controllers may become less effective because of nonlinearity of the power system. In this paper, a nonlinear adaptive generator control system using neural networks is proposed. The proposed neurocontrol system consists of two neural networks which work as an identifier and a controller, respectively, and generates supplementary control signals to the conventional controllers. An essential feature of the proposed system is that the internal connection weights of both neural networks are adjusted adaptively so as to generate appropriate control signals for transient stability and damping enhancement in response to changes of the operating conditions and the network configuration. To investigate the control performance of the proposed neurocontrol system, digital time simulations are carried out for a one-machine infinite bus model system. As a result, it is clarified that the proposed adaptive neurocontrol system effectively improves the system damping and shows adaptability against the wide changes of the operating conditions.  相似文献

A 21 km long single-mode fibre with loss values of 0.6 dB/km at 1.2 and 1.55 ?m, and 0.7 dB/km at 1.3 ?m, has been made by the v.a.d. method. This indicates the high potential of this method in the production of long low-loss single-mode fibres.  相似文献

Much of oil‐filled (OF) cable has been used for a long time as 66‐ to 500‐kV extrahigh‐voltage cable. Sometimes we can see extremely degraded tan δ oil (several tens of percent of tan δ, for example) in joint boxes, etc. The values of tan δ calculated by a simple combination model of paper/oil show that the oil‐impregnated paper with such a high tan δ oil likewise has an extremely high tan δ, which must result in thermal breakdown. However, such an event has not taken place up to the present in actually operated transmission lines. This fact suggests that some mechanism for the suppression of tan δ has acted in the paper insulation impregnated with degraded tan δ oil. Therefore, we investigated in detail the tan δ characteristics of paper impregnated with extremely high tan δ oil. In addition, based on the investigation results, we developed a method for simulation of heat generation by dielectric loss in an OF cable joint (which has degraded tan δ oil). © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
